In the early 1930’s, a psychology graduate from Miskatonic University approaches the infamous Arkham Sanitarium about interviewing their patients for his research thesis. He wants to write a study on delusion, to see if there are any commonalities inherent within them all. His study delves deep within the insanity contained between Arkham's walls, and finds not only the commonalities he was searching for, but something far more horrific... truth.
